My house was a really hard sell, not because of Patricia but the economy, everything was off. When we did get a buyer, she helped that go through so fast. I don’t know if there is enough space in this little box to say how much we appreciated everything Patricia did to help us get our dream home. She went way above and beyond to help us reach this goal. Then when we were looking for a trailer to move she let us use hers. She is Amazon and she made sure we got the right people to help us achieve our goal. then when we were moving in my nephew wanted to look at the house next door to us that is for sale and she sent her husband over (on a Sunday) so he could look at it because he doesn’t live in American Falls. I will recommend her over and over again. Once we get moved and settled in we plan to have her and her family over for a BBQ.
