Rafael gave us first class service from the very first contact and throughout the entire process. We live out of state and were looking for a very unique property where we could build our forever home and a private gun range for my husband’s firearms training business. Rafael not only helped us find the right property to fit our needs, but went above and beyond by finding the right contacts for us to speak with at the county planning & coding office so we could make sure our proposed use of the property was allowed. He helped us negotiate a very fair deal with the seller, was always prompt in answering questions (or finding the answer if he didn’t know given our unique situation), and guided us through the entire process with top notch professionalism. I don’t know if there is enough space in this little box to say how much we appreciated everything Patricia did to help us get our dream home. She went way above and beyond to help us reach this goal. Then when we were looking for a trailer to move she let us use hers. She is Amazon and she made sure we got the right people to help us achieve our goal. then when we were moving in my nephew wanted to look at the house next door to us that is for sale and she sent her husband over (on a Sunday) so he could look at it because he doesn’t live in American Falls. I will recommend her over and over again. Once we get moved and settled in we plan to have her and her family over for a BBQ.
