Moving my elderly parents to an assisted living apartment while selling their much loved home was overwhelming. I had never sold a home before, so was unsure of the process. I had been thinking about selling my cabin of 34 years, so I decided to contact 3 different realtors for input. I choose Cindy because of her experience and knowledge of the area. From our first meeting she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Each paper that needed my signature was explained in detail and every concern after that was handled quickly by her. I literally had to do nothing, she arranged everything from water and septic tests to notifications of inspections and potential buyer appointments. Cindy was there throughout the whole process from the decision to sell to closing; I could not have done it without her!
