I had been thinking about selling my cabin of 34 years, so I decided to contact 3 different realtors for input. I choose Cindy because of her experience and knowledge of the area. From our first meeting she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Each paper that needed my signature was explained in detail and every concern after that was handled quickly by her. I literally had to do nothing, she arranged everything from water and septic tests to notifications of inspections and potential buyer appointments. Cindy was there throughout the whole process from the decision to sell to closing; I could not have done it without her!

Angela was referred to us by one of our trusted friends. We were non-standard purchasers with a unique set of criteria. She spent time to listen at the initial meeting to help her better identify a property and to build repour. We changed directions multiple times, and she was able to understand why and adapt accordingly. She was able to meet us on our time schedules. We tend to be matter of fact people and really appreciated getting that in return. The most import thing we wanted out of the relator was fiduciary responsibility, and she hit the mark.
