This March we began the process of selling our home here in Marshfield when we came across Jeni Schoenherr. While selling and buying a house can be stressful at times and new to us, Jeni was always right there for guidance with our best interest in mind. Ashley was absolutely amazing. Seeing we moved away from the area, we didn’t have the luxury of being able to take care of the little things that occur when you are trying to sell a house. Ashley handled making appointments, such as well water testing and a litany of other tasks, for us since we couldn’t just drop in to take care of it. She recommended people to clear the driveway and cut our lawn and people to make small repairs as needed.
