Ashley came highly recommended when we asked who the top Realtor in the area was. She helped us navigate how to price our home and marketing questions. As luck would have it, our property had interest without marketing. We largely paired our potential buyers up with Ashley and she managed the entire sale/purchase between both parties. Ashley was absolutely amazing. Seeing we moved away from the area, we didn’t have the luxury of being able to take care of the little things that occur when you are trying to sell a house. Ashley handled making appointments, such as well water testing and a litany of other tasks, for us since we couldn’t just drop in to take care of it. She recommended people to clear the driveway and cut our lawn and people to make small repairs as needed.
