Kelly and Next Home are unquestionably the best. We've been working w/ Kelly for ~10 years, first with just a single rental property and now with a few spanning vacation rentals and long term rentals. Most recently, she worked w/ us through the sale of our primary residence at full ask w/ a number of unique considerations we wanted to make our transition easier. She managed it all and delivered a great result, which allowed us to sell our house and close on our next property within 5 days. Aside from being a phenomenal real estate firm, she and her team are great people; I can't say enough about Kelly and am just sad we can't take her with us to MD.

Polly was amazing from day one! She was very accommodating and took us to see the homes we had picked from the internet. Then, she made recommendations, and they were spot on! Polly recommended the neighborhood we purchased in. It was perfect and we are so happy with our decision. She was always quick to respond and continues to be even after the closing.
Polly prepared us for our move in every way. We came from Georgia in a house we had been in for almost 30 years. She helped us with utilities, movers, lawn care…you name it. The Post Office said we were the best prepared new residents and that was due to Polly taking such excellent care of us!

Kathy was recommended to me by a friend while I was in the process of moving to NC from out of state. Kathy provided me with recommendations for a home loan. One of whom I eventually picked who provided me with a better rate than the company that I had originally picked and in doing so saved me at least $6K in closing costs and monthly payments.
