I can honestly say that my experience with Ceci was great, this is my first house so I had no idea how fast everything was going to move and how many emails and questions were going to pop-up during the process. Ceci made sure to answer my questions patiently and also made sure that I was meeting my deadlines by calling and reminding me of what needed to be done and when, it was an intense process but at no point did she make me feel dumb for not knowing what something meant. Ceci was thorough with her recommendations and showed me homes within my price range at all times, she explained her thought process behind every house shown and why she picked it out, it honestly helped me to better envision what changes were needed to be made. I have recommended Ceci to several of my acquaintances looking for both commercial and residential properties as I really enjoyed her demeanor and transparency during this process and I definitely see myself working with her in the future for a second house. We recommend Cecilia because she was wonderful to work with from start to finish. As first time buyers, we initially met with her months before we started the search to learn about the process. She was very insightful about what was to come and what her role would be. When we were ready to start, she showed us multiple homes that fit the description of what we were looking for in the areas we liked. She was very attentive to our needs. We ended up getting a new build and she made sure that all our monies were safe and made sure to get updates when we didn’t receive any.
