Alicia did an amazing job with helping us sell our home. It was tough because it was our parent’s house, so we needed the extra guidance to get it done. She came in with her suggestions on what she thought would look good and she was right. I’m so glad we listened to her. Home was listed and closed in 23 days! We couldn’t have done it without Alicia’s advice and guidance through the whole process! Only realtor I will ever use she is the best!

I spoke with Jennifer on a Tuesday morning about selling my father’s home. We met the next day to go through the house to decide on a price. She had all the comps and was very helpful on what to expect from the buyer ex: new roof: She had a photographer take pictures and had the home listed that Saturday. We were notified every time there was a viewing ( there were several). We were under contract within three weeks. Highly recommend Jennifer Chiasson if your listing or buying!!!!!!!

I can’t rate Jennifer highly enough! She was extremely friendly and helpful, both with assisting my wife and I to find the perfect house, as well as with recommending very good vendors for to use for some of the work that we wanted to get done to the home after the purchase. I was concerned that buying a house in the current market would be challenging, but Jennifer never gave up and really came through for us. We wouldn’t recommend any other realtor!
