Eric did a fantastic job as our realtor when selling our house. Everything from getting pictures taken, to scheduling an open house was extremely fast and ran smoothly. We had multiple offers within one week of being on the market! Eric was a great negotiator as well, helping us get everything we were looking for in the sale as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Eric was great from start to finish. He was patient and answered every question, and navigated the process with a humor that made the entire thing easy to manage. Adam helped me buy a house 8 years ago and I knew he would be the guy I would call when I was ready to sell it. He remained in contact with me through the years probably every month. So when I decided to sell it I called him with no hesitation. He was on it immediately and let me know what I needed to do to get ready. The first family that looked at it bought it and it was a smooth transition. I’ll call him in a few years when I’m ready sell my own home to go to something smaller!
