We purchased our home remotely and on a quick turn around. It was essential to find an Agent that could spend the time needed to video show the properties of interest and gather all the information thoroughly and promptly and be our eyes on the ground. Karalyn helped me purchase my home in 2017, and sell my home when I decided to move out of town, in 2024. Both experiences were the best I have had with any previous agents. Karalyn knows the market, prices fairly and accurately, explains every step of the process, and makes the moving in, as well as the moving out, as smooth as possible. What sets Karalyn apart from the rest is her willingness to deliver the unexpected. She was willing to help with any of the large, or small, questions I had moving into the community. She made trips to the blind store to retrieve parts. When moving out, she took it upon herself to not only babysit and nurture one of my plants, but she made sure it was delivered to me personally, at my new home. Karalyn has a wonderful sense of delight in discovering your perfect home. She has an accurate and wide knowledge base of residential areas across Lincoln. What she doesn't know, she will quickly and cheerfully find out for you. One of her greatest assets is her intuition; her ability to quickly understand what it is your heart really wants.
We were new to Lincoln and the housing was quite different from anywhere we had lived before, so it took us a while to even figure out what it was we were looking for. Karalyn was so patient and encouraging, repeatedly telling us not to settle for something just to be done. We were very grateful for her expertise, loved working with her, and very highly recommend her!

Trevor helped us find our first home. That being said, this was such a new, exciting process he helped alleviate the stress that comes with buying a home (especially your first). The process happened so quickly but Trevor guided us through each step and happily clarified every and any question we had. He really listened to our wants and needs and gave us topics and ideas to think about that we might have not considered. I couldn’t be happier with the process and his help! We’ll definitely be coming to him when the time comes!
