My husband and I really enjoyed working with Rachel. She was very accommodating with any times and days we requested to view any houses which was very helpful! She always got back to us with any answers and information we were looking for in a timely manner which is very important. She knew a lot about the areas we were looking at and always got back to us if she wasn’t sure. She went out of her way to make closing go smoothly and quickly. One thing that is very important to me is complete honesty, and Kevin always tells us his thoughts up-front, then always defers to our decisions as our representative. Even though we have had to use other realtors at times due to special circumstances (having nothing to do with Kevin), we feel blessed to have been able to use his services for the past few years, and couldn't have been more pleased with him as a realtor.
We met with a few realtors before going into the Cookeville, TN market, and Kevin seemed the far-and-above best choice... we have not be disappointed. I cannot recommend someone more highly if you want someone who is personable, professional, has integrity and will work hard for your interests.

If we could give Odnie more than 5 stars we would! He was so patient with us and met us at every single property that we looked at and most of them required him either driving a good distance or meeting us after 5pm.
