Kelli helped me sell a house I had been renting for several years. The tenant was not cooperative, and I was not in town to help with the situation. She managed to coordinate with the buyers and tenant, while still getting me my asking price for the property. Kelli was so great to work with. She set houses up based on our interests and was flexible with adding and adjusting as we looked. She stayed within our budget and did not push us at all. We were first-time home buyers and really didn't know anything about the process. We were so lucky to have a realtor who knew what she was doing and was able to walk us through the whole thing. House-shopping with three small children can be difficult, but Kelli made the experience fun and low stress. She was easy to work with, we were confident trusting her expertise, and ended up getting a house even better than we were expecting!
I don’t know where to start! Kelli worked with me for about a year as I casually started looking at homes while living in FL. I spent a week in August looking at homes and found the Ames market FAST, homes selling within 24 hours. We finally found our home and within 30 days closed! Kelli helped me find the mortgage lender and went above and beyond, bringing the seller down $4,000 after inspection. I love the home and feel indebted to Kelli and her team!
