Unbelievably fast sell and a wonderful price. That's how this story should end but truly it was the beginning. I met with the real estate agent and she immediately put the house up for sale and within 3 days I had an offer. Simply the best. Professional communication skills were on par. Well let me tell yah it was quite an experience! I wanted to give up so many times. But Ms. Tabitha wouldn't let me! Lol
Her drive is amazing if she hadn't of pushed I would have missed out on what God truly had in store for me! She made sure I was treated fairly even though the process was a nightmare! Lol Patience is definitely a virtue! I could hear her now saying we almost there Ms. Tonda in her New York tone! It was amazing and she held it down! You selling she'll have out in a week! I had the best experience buying a house with Amber Gross. While the process seemed very long daunting, she took time to walk me through all the steps, gave me time to consider my options, and came through when I needed them. She helped me get the best deal and the house just the way we wanted. We began the process in October and by Thanksgiving, I closed on my first home. As an independent mother of two, this was a milestone and a huge accomplishment for us. I appreciate Amber for making this experience a pleasurable one. The home buying process can be stressful, feel rushed and impersonal, so I was nervous going into it. Amber was absolutely amazing, if I could give her 10 stars I would. She had lots of patience with my husband and I as we had two different ideas of what we were looking for. She listened to us both and tried her best to find us properties that would make us both happy. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive, willing to go the extra mile and made the process more comfortable. I would call her with random questions and I never got the feeling that I was bothering her. I recommend her to people all the time when I hear they are looking to purchase a home.

I feel it was well worth the wait because we were blessed with the "Best" property for its intended use. We had fun, laughed and did some drive byes on many occasions. We toured so..... many properties. Both of us remained optimistic, and knew that the right property fulfilling my wish list would eventually become available, and it did! Tabitha imparted so much information and was excellent in her assessment of what to look for in comps, remodels, etc. I learned a lot and appreciate all of the sharing and teaching moments. Although this was our 3rd purchase, it was our 1st commercial, and many things were different. I am so grateful for Tabitha's assistance, support, real estate knowledge and the mere opportunity to work with her (my friend) on this level. Our perseverance paid off!!!
