I had the best experience buying a house with Amber Gross. While the process seemed very long daunting, she took time to walk me through all the steps, gave me time to consider my options, and came through when I needed them. She helped me get the best deal and the house just the way we wanted. We began the process in October and by Thanksgiving, I closed on my first home. As an independent mother of two, this was a milestone and a huge accomplishment for us. I appreciate Amber for making this experience a pleasurable one. The home buying process can be stressful, feel rushed and impersonal, so I was nervous going into it. Amber was absolutely amazing, if I could give her 10 stars I would. She had lots of patience with my husband and I as we had two different ideas of what we were looking for. She listened to us both and tried her best to find us properties that would make us both happy. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive, willing to go the extra mile and made the process more comfortable. I would call her with random questions and I never got the feeling that I was bothering her. I recommend her to people all the time when I hear they are looking to purchase a home.

Tabitha was so professional and patient with me in my search for a property to house several businesses. She and I have been on this journey for some time.
I feel it was well worth the wait because we were blessed with the "Best" property for its intended use. We had fun, laughed and did some drive byes on many occasions. We toured so..... many properties. Both of us remained optimistic, and knew that the right property fulfilling my wish list would eventually become available, and it did! Tabitha imparted so much information and was excellent in her assessment of what to look for in comps, remodels, etc. I learned a lot and appreciate all of the sharing and teaching moments. My God, where do I begin. I remember the first night Ms. Brenda called me, I had saw an ad on Instagram about finding the perfect realtor, and I honestly didn’t think it would work. That was literally the BEST thing I could’ve ever done. I explained to her how she was the FIFTH realtor I had been in contact with (I’ve been on this journey since 2021), and she told me she would take care of me. She did not lie, and she definitely didn’t disappoint. If I remember correctly, she called me at the end of March, the end of May, I closed on my home. She has taught me patience, and she’s definitely gained a nuisance (myself) FOREVER. I could never ever thank her enough. She made my process so easy and always reassured me that I would know my home when I walk into it. The one day I decided to take my daughter to look at homes with me is when I found out forever home. Tabitha was very professional and very knowledgeable about all that I needed,she was honest and upfront with what I needed and wanted. She addressed me desires compassion and efficient to the point where I received above and beyond what I was expecting. The bottom lines is if you’re looking for someone to trust and will work towards you getting the most out of your process. She’s the one an I’ve dealt with many but no one has come close to doing the job that she does.

What can I say about Amber Gross as a Realtor; she was Amazingly Patient !
Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process. As you know it can be nerve wrecking even with clients with the best credit but Amber as my realtor and the lender was with me every step of the way never got an attitude stayed consistent. Always willing to assure me that they had it under control and that honestly this was all part of the process that they are used too.
Amber even went the extra mile letting me look at homes after homes with no complaints until I felt it met the renovations I desired and a home that was within my budget. Most important as a client sometimes we get so engrossed in the renovations of the home; we forget about the area and neighborhood for future market. Amber brought that expertise to the game too, she want her clients to feel like that made a not only good decision but a decision that feel comfortable about. She not just trying to make a profit as a realtor but she trying to build long client relationships and her reputation of being a realtor with integrity.

Tabitha came in a clutch! Our home had already been on the market with another realtor for months with no success, very little marketing and barely any showings. She quickly turned things around once onboard! We had more showings in the first week with her than we had all the months it had previously been on the market. Tabitha Richardson is hands down, the BEST realtor that I have ever worked with! She's very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things regarding real estate. Calls/emails/text messages were always answered promptly. She helped me and my husband find a new home, and she helped us sell a rental property. For the rental property, she recommended a contractor to update the property and offered ideas of what upgrades to do to make the property beautiful - I had several offers within 1 week of being on the market and poof, it was SOLD!! Be sure to tell your family and friends about her, I Do!!!
