As a first time homebuyer with no idea what I was doing, Yolanda was there every step of the way. She knew what needed to be done, negotiated what needed to be negotiated, recommended and scheduled inspectors and was able to help me get my first home as a veteran. Yolanda was so helpful from beginning to end. She understood the assignment and my needs and wants. We had a set a plan from the start and met my goal in 3 weeks time. she was really fast and efficient on getting things done. She also donated her free time and moving materials that really helped because she seen that I was not fully prepared. I would recommend Yolanda to anyone in a second. Furthermore if you are buying or selling its also good to educate yourself on the current market trends. That way she can do her job effortlessly.
