I had listed my property several times with no luck over several years. Jordan came out, walked the land did a great drone video and had a person interested in the first couple weeks. Shortly after we had an accepted offer and closed today.

Travis Ploman is outstanding. We used Travis to sell our home in 2018, again in 2024/2025 upon our return to central Wisconsin, to purchase our home.
Travis stayed on top of the new home construction status constantly communicating any changes, deadlines, and challenges that arise. And reasonable communications with the insurance company, mortgage company is impressive, especially with managing contracts of multiple clients, to keep it all straight.
His knowledge to navigate the intricacies of real estate laws and contracts makes things do much easier and assuring nothing was missed that may be of adverse effect at a later time upon home closing.
Travis is prompt of all his appointments and reliable to see clients through the sale or purchase of their home and can be trusted to work in the best interest of his clients.

I wouldn't work with anyone else. Travis cares not only about you throughout the process of buying and selling, but also cares about the OTHER things- like how your move went, how your dogs are adjusting... truly a first class guy. He is super fast to respond to every question no matter how dumb (and trust me, I can come up with some dumb questions) with the patience of a saint. I have worked with Travis 3 times now over the years, and there will be a 4th pending a sale of one more of our houses soon! You will NOT regret using him!!

Sheryl was instrumental in selling our home. She brought realtors in to help assess what needed to be updated and fixed to make sure the process went smoothly. She updated us regularly and made sure we were comfortable with all steps of the process.

Sheryl worked hard on the recent purchase of our property when several uncommon issues arose. She was able to obtain all the necessary information regarding access and easements, among other things (including the proper spelling of the street name which was different on different documents!)..Sheryl always returns calls quickly and communicates well, keeping everyone informed. She was helpful in trying to understand the kind of property I was seeking and found numerous sites to help narrow my search. She was also exceedingly patient with me as well as the seller who changed his mind about issues on several occasions, necessitating 5 Offers to Purchase. That's patience and perseverance! Straight shooter who really made you feel like he had all of our interests in mind while viewing several, I mean several, different locations. Jordan was the best realtor we have ever dealt with! We have bought several houses in our travels with the military and sold them as well. Not one of those realtors compares to our experience with Jordan. He was very professional, always available for showings, and very quick to reply to any questions we had.
