I contacted Sheryl to inquire about a new build to see if it was taken, she researched, confirmed it was available, secured a walk through for us, and I loved the layout! Sheryl then helped me negotiate an agreed price, put in the offer on my behalf negotiating with additional condition that I could pick colors not only outside and inside, but also set up an appointment meeting me at the Builders First Source (Vicki and Rob who were great to work with) to assist me picking all my colors and then went with me to the next appointment at Carpet City (Taylor was great too). Sheryl worked seamlessly together with me, my builder, Dean Hoida Builders (amazing quality work), his agent, for 8 months.
Sheryl was there with me from the beginning to final walk through and closing.

Sheryl just helped us purchase our forever home! We were moving from out of state and Sheryl was able to tour some homes for us even though we weren't around. We live 2 hours away from the area that we were trying to move, so there were some logistical challenges with viewing houses.
