We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Jordan Ploman. From the very beginning, Jordan went above and beyond in every possible way. He didn’t just meet our expectations — he far exceeded them.

What impressed us most was the incredible amount of time, effort, and personal care Jordan put into everything. He didn’t simply list our home and wait for buyers. He worked tirelessly to make sure our property received the attention and exposure it deserved. From the professional videos and YouTube interviews to all of the additional marketing and promotion, Jordan went well beyond what we ever expected from a realtor.

And it wasn’t just the big things. Jordan paid attention to the smallest details and took the extra time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. He was always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and confident every step of the way.

What really separates Jordan from others is that you never feel like you’re simply another client or another listing. He takes a personal interest in the people he represents and treats the sale of your home as though it were his own. Jordan was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing concerning real estate. Some agents sugar coat answers to questions (stretch the truth) not Jordan he told you exactly what was what. If he couldn't answer your questions, he would say so and then try to find the answer and let you know the answer, either by text, email, in person or a phone call. When showing a property he would not sway you to buy it or not buy it. It was your decision. If you had a question about the property he would not just make something up. If he didn't know the answer to your question he would ask the owner and get back to you. He was always very calm and easy going and not raise his voice to you. He always kept you in the loop and communicated often. It was a pleasure working with Jordan. If I was ever to sell my house I just purchased or want to buy additional properties Jordan is the first agent I would contact.

I contacted Sheryl to inquire about a new build to see if it was taken, she researched, confirmed it was available, secured a walk through for us, and I loved the layout! Sheryl then helped me negotiate an agreed price, put in the offer on my behalf negotiating with additional condition that I could pick colors not only outside and inside, but also set up an appointment meeting me at the Builders First Source (Vicki and Rob who were great to work with) to assist me picking all my colors and then went with me to the next appointment at Carpet City (Taylor was great too). Sheryl worked seamlessly together with me, my builder, Dean Hoida Builders (amazing quality work), his agent, for 8 months.
