Aaron was helpful, honest and very easy to work with as first time homebuyers and newer residents to Missouri. He followed our wish list and found homes to see that didn’t waste our time. He was always available especially since homes are selling quickly right now.

Aaron was awesome! He answered every question we had. He was literally working night, day and weekends. I honestly don’t think he ever takes a day off. If you want someone dedicated to finding you a home, then Aaron is your realtor.

After letting Zillow know I was interested in buying a home, Crystal called me to ask what I was looking for. She set up tours for homes that my boyfriend and I were interested in, and sent great listings based on our desired price range and location. She was always on time and gave us her full attention and genuine advice while touring. She has a lot of experience and we learned a lot through the process of working with her. Crystal never pressured us about buying any home in particular, or even buying at all, but once we were ready to put in an offer, she talked us through the process and did a wonderful job translating our needs and desires into the legalese of the real estate world. She had wonderful recommendations about closing company etc. when prompted, but, again, never pressured us. She was highly responsive and answered all our questions with a smile. One of my favorite things about the process? She placed all our documents on a handy flash drive at the end. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She was great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. She took that I told her that I wanted and found me a house that fits my family needs very very well and well within the budget.
Aaron was truly amazing throughout the process. We started our house journey in April of 2023, looked at 40+ houses and decided to go with a new construction in the end. Throughout the building process, Aaron was a great resource assisting us with communicating with the builder and negotiating our needs/wants all the way up to closing in early November of 2023. Couldn't recommend Aaron more for his down to Earth attitude and straightforward approach to Real Estate.

A Friend from out of state recommended Aaron, because she was aware of my bad luck with a previous realtor. Aaron new upfront that I was not in a hurry to buy and not looking to settle on just any home. Aaron was good with that and showed patience. Aaron was professional. He was always looking out for my needs. He was good with explaining the process on buying a home. This was my first time buying a home! I enjoyed working with Aaron. I have had the opportunity to work with several realtors throughout my life. Aaron was a pleasure to work with. Never felt pressured to buy. He was always eager to show as many houses as we wanted to see. Always had an answer for the many questions we had. I would highly recommend Aaron. Crystal was very knowledgeable through this process. During the walkthrough, she shared red flags that the FHA appraiser would call out. She was spot on. Also, she shared information after the closing to watch out for from predatory companies. All of this information was priceless.

Lauren was thorough in her research, took great pictures & worked the online community to anticipate & jump when the house went 'live'. Lauren was phenomenal, she showed us all the houses we wanted to look at, and was completely on top of getting us all the information we needed from the very first day. Very professional and friendly. All the way through the process of craziness that they buying process presented along the way she was on top of it, any little hiccup, when we had to change lenders last minute, all the way up to closing.

Definitely the best realtor I have dealt with , she was always available when I needed an answer. Kept me posted on everything that was going on with the sale of my house in turn also buying house through her. So I Kept her busy lol and she made it work!! Found a buyer for the old home and got me into my new one. All in a timely manner without to much hassle. She definitely looks out for you and your needs, which helps out a bunch while these processes can be stressful! She does a great job of taking the weight off!
