This is my first time navigating the real estate market and I was taken away with the experience I had with Jeff! My wife and I have known Jeff for several years now. He was referred to us by a friend and he helped us buy our first home (condo) in Garden Grove 4 years ago. Two years later he helped us sell our condo and purchase our single family home in Whittier. As of a couple days ago, he helped us sell our home in Whittier. We continue to go back to Jeff because he has all the qualities we are looking for in a realtor. Above all he is honest and upfront about all aspects of the selling/buying process. Hes a straight shooter and we trust him. He gives his honest opinion and I know he has our best interest at heart. He has been in this industry for many years and he knows his stuff. We got way more money out of our condo and our last home than we thought we could get and we attribute it largely to tactics Jeff recommended we take to get the most out of our homes. We have come to know Jeff as one that is fair, has a good moral compass, is dependable, gives clear direction of how the buying/selling process works, is hard working, and have come to value him as a friend. I would recommend (and have several times) Jeff to our friends and family because he is the best at what he does.

Jeff has sold three properties for my husband and me but none like our last. Jeff suggested an asking price higher than we thought we could get and we had offers even higher than that. Unfortunately, three days before escrow was to close, funding for the buyer fell through because our HOA (it was a townhome) filed a law suit against the builder. Jeff contacted other lenders but no bank would fund. We considered renting the property since we had already purchased another home and were living in it but neither of us wanted to be landlords. We finally decided to lower the price and list as cash only. The property sold within a couple of days and closed in a month. We actually raised the amount of the commission because Jeff had worked so hard for us. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. And yes, we got more for our two other properties than we asked

Jeff assisted us in both selling our house in Aliso Viejo and purchasing the next one--with the purchase being part of a complicated series of transactions with multiple interested parties. With the help of Jeff Petsche, we were able to quickly sell our home in Anaheim Hills in just 8 days, and purchase our dream home in Yorba Linda during the Spring of 2020. During this time, the impact of COVID-19 led to shelter in place orders and many other unforeseen circumstances that would normally hinder someone's ability to buy and sell a home. We first met Jeff at his open house about a year before we purchased our home. He explained his Hero program and how it helps buyers with closing costs, which would be something that we could take advantage of. We kept his card and contacted him when we were ready to buy. Jeff listened to our wants and needs and kept us in the city we wanted to be in. We felt very comfortable with Jeff and trusted his advice and expertise. eff is a true professional. He was completely open to me as a transfer from the midwest to learn about different communities, regardless of drive time. And while I happened to find my eventual house online, he was there in every way to seal the deal, lean on the finance company that wasn't pulling their weight, and negotiate the right price, and conditions of timing. He arranged for my vintage car to be able to be stored at the house prior to my position which was a big concern. I would recommend Jeff to anyone, plus a great guy!
