We would HIGHLY recommend Kaitlin as your real estate agent! My husband and I moved to town not knowing much about the market or what kind of houses we’d be able to find, I’m so glad we were referred to Kaitlin! She showed us upward of three dozen houses (not exaggerating) before we finally found the perfect one, but she never rushed us and consistently answered all of our questions about all the properties. She was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to do throughout the entire home buying process and took excellent care of us, helping us find a loan lender, home inspector, and easing our minds each step of the way! She made the whole experience so fun and I appreciated how honest she was with us when we'd look at houses that would potentially cause us a lot of problems, she didn't just want us to buy the first house we looked it, she wanted us to buy a house that was in good shape that we truly loved.

Kaitlin acted as the selling agent for our home that we just recently purchased. Through the closing process and during move in, she was great to work with ( asking questions, getting follow up on items that came up in closing, etc).
