Emily is THE realtor in the Fargo- Moorhead area! She is super knowledgeable, responsive, and super helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. Josh was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, not just with the realty aspect. We were looking for something we could put a little sweat equity into and he had estimates of most of the things that would need to be done to give us a good idea of what we were looking at. One home had some foundation issues that I did not see, but he did. We wanted to put an offer on the home but before we did, Josh got his inspector on a video call to look at the foundation and had another colleague go to the home with him to do a deep dive in ALL of the issues.. we did not follow through on that home, but moving forward we knew Josh really had our best interest in mind. I would recommend Josh to anyone!! He made the process so easy and helped us get in a home we are so excited about!
