Josh was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, not just with the realty aspect. We were looking for something we could put a little sweat equity into and he had estimates of most of the things that would need to be done to give us a good idea of what we were looking at. One home had some foundation issues that I did not see, but he did. We wanted to put an offer on the home but before we did, Josh got his inspector on a video call to look at the foundation and had another colleague go to the home with him to do a deep dive in ALL of the issues.. we did not follow through on that home, but moving forward we knew Josh really had our best interest in mind. I would recommend Josh to anyone!! He made the process so easy and helped us get in a home we are so excited about!

I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was with Emily! She’s such a hard worker - a real go-getter! Emily was a huge help to us as we sold our condo and searched for our new home. She was always accessible and communicative, while working with Emily we felt like we were working with a friend, not just someone only interested in making a sale. It was quite a journey finding the right house and through it all Emily was so patient and genuinely wanted us to find the right fit for us. We have two toddlers and Emily was very helpful in keeping them distracted to give us a chance to look around as we toured properties. They were always super excited when they heard we were going to go look at houses with her. She was incredibly helpful through negotiations and helped us get the best deal possible. On closing day, she helped with packing/cleaning/child wrangling and we could not be more thankful! Cannot recommend her enough!!
