Dale was not tired with me, my son and my daughter seeing countless houses to make sure we got the best deal of a house we liked. It took us several months to work with Dale as i settled on a new construction. Dale was always a phone call away to answer my questions from ground breaking up to now that we just closed on my house. Dale made me achieve the dream that i looked forward for, i really appreciate the efforts Dale put in this journey. As a military family, we move a lot and with the help of Ashley we were able to find a home and close rather quickly. The majority of the process was completed via zoom due to the distance between our last duty station and Minot.
We loved how Ashely was able to walk us through each home with an eye on the different details that we would not have noticed. For example, the smell, ceiling discoloration, leveling of the floor.
