Alex did an outstanding job in assisting with the sale of our home. He lives in and has sold a number of homes in the neighborhood so his market knowledge was key to setting the price competitively which enabled us to complete the sale in the timeframe we were looking for. Nick was amazing to work with! He took care of coordinating all the behind the scenes details and had beautiful pictures of our home taken. Once listed, we had multiple offers within a day. He helped us sell our house quickly (we accepted an offer within days and closed in 30 days) and made the process easy and stress-free. I would certainly reccommend using Alex van Grondelle for any and all real estate related needs. Nick is a reliable real estate agent, who is responsive, quick to learn, flexible with schedules, takes client's input into consideration, doesn't waste your time, and follows thru to the end.
Nick was very patient with us looking for our perfect house for about 3-4 months. He was able to get us to the majority of our requested showings; and impressively, scheduled them all in a single day. He was also flexible to add a couple of impromptu showings during the scheduled showings, making those last-minute phone calls.
He guided us in this hot market for things to consider when making a strong offer. He is great at following up with offers, to make sure we have the latest information.
Once we found the house that we really wanted, he went into swift action to make sure everything was squared away. During the closing processes (the waiting period), he made frequent calls to all parties, to ensure our closing date was on time. Even though we missed our closing by 1 day, he still performed his duties to remove the stress from us.
