Allison Mawhinney was recommended to me by a coworker of my husbands. I was unsure of who to hire to list my mother's house following her death. This is a home which I lived in for all of my tweens into my twenties so the emotions were high going into the sale. Upon meeting Allison, I knew immediately that I had made the right decision in letting her list the home. She is kind, compassionate, and knows the Tampa Bay market better than any agent I have ever dealt with. I live in another county of Florida so being at the house for issues that may have arisen would be difficult. From the time we listed the property, Allison handled everything. A few years ago, Allison helped my daughter find and eventually purchase a condo in Tampa.
