After our Dad passed my Mom was unable to continue winters in Florida. We had a need to sell her mobile home remotely. We were referred to Kristin by the handyman helping us maintain her place. Kristen was his Realtor when he moved to Florida. We can?t say enough, about the positive experience we had with Kristin. She initially met with my Mom and sister-in-law and guided them on what needed to be removed from the mobile home, what could stay and any other instructions. After a few months of cleaning by my sister-in-law, Kristin stepped back in and took over. She managed the professional cleaning and staged the home. I believe we sold the place after just a few weeks. During the prospective buyers first walk through a number of items that needed fixing or upgrading came up. Kristin negotiated on behalf of my Mom, without needing to contact us during the process and make my Mom nervous. She was able negotiate the perfect solution. Again, we can?t say enough about our positive experience. She is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend using her for any of your realty needs!
