We had the good fortune to engage Mr Carlos Gonzalez in the sale of our
Florida home. This occurred during the current requirement imposed by the
insurance industry that mandated age roofing requirements. The effect of
this on the potential buyers was that its imposition was negative to the
extent that few of them were interested. It was not until Carlos came up
with an innovative costing approach that satisfied both their concerns and
ours. The sale went quickly and without error.
It is without question that he holds our highest recommendation.

Carlos deserves more than 5 stars for all the work he did by helping my dad sell his house and in the same time help my sister to purchase a home. Both transactions was accomplished at the same time. His energy, attention to detail and most of all his communication with my dad, sister, and myself was outstanding. He kept us all informed step by step with the process.
