Carlos deserves more than 5 stars for all the work he did by helping my dad sell his house and in the same time help my sister to purchase a home. Both transactions was accomplished at the same time. His energy, attention to detail and most of all his communication with my dad, sister, and myself was outstanding. He kept us all informed step by step with the process. Additionally his team deserves credit too for their rapid process of all required documents. If I can give Carlos more than 5 stars I would. I was making a big move from New York to Florida, which entailed me selling my house in New York and purchasing a new house in Florida contingent on me selling my house in New York. This was not an easy process, but Laura handled every obstacle very professional, and helped me through every process. He will help you with what you need too. We had trouble with the county on selling our family house we had for 50 years. He went with me to the hearing at the Pasco county board of county commissioners and we waited over a half of the day there and there were many other obstacle to take care of.
