I enjoyed the experience Tommy showed. He got everything set up for as the purchaser. The process was quick and easy. He was also present for closing at the Lawyer office. To me, that shows he cares. I have seen many of realtors not show for closings.

We were looking for piece of rural acreage to build a home on, scanning Zillow regularly to see what was available. Tommy was my daughter's agent when she bought her house 7 years ago, so we enlisted Tommy's help in the search for property. Over the course of 18 months, Tommy showed us several properties, but we did not find one that was right for us, until Tommy showed us a property that was for sale but not yet listed. We decided that this was the one, and purchased it. Tommy answered our many questions, and also helped us with contacts in financing, mortgages, and builders. I am writing this review because I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service that this young real estate professional provided to me over many challenging months. Our relationship began with me exploring buying land and custom building a new home. Together she and I looked online at lots, and I also would like to add that I live in Texas and buying a home in the Macon, GA area where she works. I would see something, and she would immediately respond by driving out and seeing the property, even videoing them for me to see. That process took place over a couple months then we finally found a lot. Without going into detail, that prospect fell apart but Erin hung right in there with me. Over time I found another property and through Erin's die-hard tenacity, BOOM, success! Whew! What a ride but I am a new homeowner. I can't say enough about the gratitude that I feel for Erin. This young lady is the epitome of "Professionalism". Choose this lady if you want someone who is going to stick-with-it and demonstrate that "it ain't over, till it's over". Great job Erin!!
