I am writing this review because I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service that this young real estate professional provided to me over many challenging months. Our relationship began with me exploring buying land and custom building a new home. Together she and I looked online at lots, and I also would like to add that I live in Texas and buying a home in the Macon, GA area where she works. I would see something, and she would immediately respond by driving out and seeing the property, even videoing them for me to see. That process took place over a couple months then we finally found a lot. Without going into detail, that prospect fell apart but Erin hung right in there with me. Over time I found another property and through Erin's die-hard tenacity, BOOM, success! Whew! What a ride but I am a new homeowner. I can't say enough about the gratitude that I feel for Erin. This young lady is the epitome of "Professionalism". Choose this lady if you want someone who is going to stick-with-it and demonstrate that "it ain't over, till it's over". Great job Erin!!

We were unable to sell our house using another agent / agency and when Tara stepped in we sold within three weeks of listing. She was patient, clear with communication, and upfront with ideas and suggestions. We always knew where we were in the process and she shared valuable feedback from potential buyers after each showing. My parents also used Tara and sold within the first week!

Tommy did an excellent job streamlining the purchase process. Any questions I had, were answered as quickly and as accurately as possible. Being a first time home buyer calls for a lot of stress, but Tommy did a great job minimizing the weight on my shoulders throughout all of the different steps.

When offered a cash buy from an investor I was apprehensive, I remembered a highway billboard from 4 years earlier if a local realtor. I instantly called Tommy Allen, my local realtor, he advised me what my home was worth, which was way more than what I was offered. I immediately hired Tommy to list and sale my property. And it was so worth it! Not only was he right, I got 17k more than if I had taken the investor's offer. Not only was Tommy great, but his staff, including Lisa were very nice and prompt. My house sold in less than 45 days, and two days later I was using Tommy to buy my next home. I can't say thanks enough for Tommy and his team, and Tommy's professionalism and attention to details. I highly recommend him and I most definitely will be using his services on future sales and purchases.
