Laura was great to work with as our time was vert limited in finding a home, closing, and moving. She made the couple of days we had very efficient and knew exactly what we were looking for. Laura went above and beyond communicating with us, the seller, lender, closing agent, all. She even allowed us to borrow a cooler for several days since we did not have a fridge. Highly recommend!

Selling a house can be a daunting process. It becomes even more complicated when it is part of an estate, and the personal representative/executor is living out of state. As the person in that situation, I needed realtors I could trust that demonstrated a great deal of professionalism. I received recommendations from people I knew in Knoxville and then met with different realtors. My connection with Paula Kelley and Deanna Mendenhall-Miller of Knoxville Living Group was instant. Unlike other realtors who had contacted me wanting to sell the house, they presented their plan without trying to pressure me.
