First off, just want to state that this is third home I purchased and the first that we did not change realtors.
Ed was continually there for all of our questions and requests and if there was any possible scheduling conflict, Kelly was there without any hesitation ensuring no stone was left unturned.
Ed and Kelly always provided insight to the housing market while providing exemplary advice and service that comes with experience. They always went above and beyond our requests to ensure that we would find our home.
Ed and Kelly were there for us from the beginning which spanned many, many long months, all the way until we closed on the house that we wanted.
They were there for all of our requests and sacrificed many numerous long weekends to ensure we did not miss out on any opportunity of finding our home.
They never let us get distracted or discouraged as we missed out on many opportunities that just were not meant to be.
They ensured that we would find our home and would not just "settle" on something just because it was available.
We always felt like we were a priority and not just a client.
We would absolutely recommend Ed and Kelly Cunningham as they are committed to the process and seem to really care about what they do.

Right from the beginning Eddie was on top of everything I didn't even need to check in for any updates when it came to selling my house because he stayed on top of it. He even helped me try to find a new place to stay. In my opinion he went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of will definitely be using his services again and would recommend him to anyone with confidence that they will not be disappointed.

We were so fortunate to have found Eddie as our fourth realtor . (We had very unpleasant experiences with our first 3 realtors). When we first met Eddie, he explained us the job market and all the changes that happened in the last couple of years. Every time we viewed a new property Ed would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He showed us many houses week after week and helped us form our view for our very first home. He was super patient with us, and it was very comforting . In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Eddie kept his promise when he said- I will find your new home for you guys as long as it takes! We could see in his every move that he has his heart in what he does, as he really wanted us to find the perfect home and never pushed us just to close a deal. It felt so good to know that he was looking out for us and wanted what was best for us and not just - get it done - as many other realtors would have done.
And although I have looked through hundreds of houses in a couple of months online, it was Eddie who found our Dream Home!!!

Ed and Kelly worked with us for months to find a home that met our needs. Ed never rushed or pushed us into a hasty decision, even in a very competitive market. With his background in construction, he has a good eye for problem areas and is forthcoming in sharing those observations with his clients. He is easy to get along with, honest, and wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase and with the process. He advised us through the title transfer, working with the utilities, and all the other little things that you need to deal with before and after you close on a home. Highly recommended!
