I first met Jake back in 2020. I called him really out of the blue looking for a possible vacation home in Mammoth. During a casual trip up there I met Jake in person with my family and he showed us a few properties. I liked Jake immediately because not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient and probably most important ....authentic. I never felt like we he was trying to pressure us into buying or doing anything we weren't comfortable with. He did buy a place during that very vacation trip in 2020.
