I first met Jake back in 2020. I called him really out of the blue looking for a possible vacation home in Mammoth. During a casual trip up there I met Jake in person with my family and he showed us a few properties. I liked Jake immediately because not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient and probably most important ....authentic. I never felt like we he was trying to pressure us into buying or doing anything we weren't comfortable with. He did buy a place during that very vacation trip in 2020. His professionalism, kindness and knack for always going beyond the call of duty led us to use him again 4 years later when we decided to sell the property. Always easy to get a hold of, his professional attributes and character were even more important and impressive during the selling process. We sold in a week. Eric is patient and willing to answer all your questions. Hes easy to talk with and hears what you say. He was willing to show us several options within our criteria and was knowledgeable about each unit. He was never pushy , and stays in touch giving updates every step of the way. He made the experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend using Eric as your realtor!

Eric knows the Mammoth area so well and was a great help as we navigated a purchase and then needed to find contractors and others to help us with some repairs and updates the property needed.
