I recently worked with Monica to purchase a condo. Monica is very patient, she listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything else on me. She even made recommendations (like to offer less than the asking price but still enough to get the contract accepted) when the properties were not in good condition and worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Monica.

House shopping in 2021 was something none of us were prepared for, but Kelsey made sure to keep us going the entire time and was always available when we needed more information. A consummate professional, Kelsey has vast knowledge of her industry, as well as attention to detail for contracts, etc. Also, she has great instincts about the real estate market as well as the many areas of Columbus which are her forte. In addition, she often goes above and beyond what is required of her to insure client happiness. She worked directly with our relocation firm to coordinate additional details that wouldn't have otherwise been necessary in a more conventional buyer/seller situation. I needed to find a home and close in a very short period of time and Kelsey made that happen. I was coming from out of state, so I had a limited period of time to look and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find anything in time. But it turns out I had nothing to worry about because Kelsey was extremely proactive and accommodating.
