I was a first time home-buyer looking for a condo. Michelle helped me throughout the whole process, looking at condos for me, virtually streaming it since I couldn't be there in person, coordinating with the seller, and gathering/prepping the necessary paperwork once I decided on a place. Katie was so patient with us as we were navigating through what we wanted. We first started out looking for homes and Katie showed us SOO MANY homes and dedicated a lot of time to helping us find our forever home. Although over the course of a few months we took a step back and re-evaluated what we wanted to do and decided on building. Katie helped us search for lots and we finally were able to get an accepted offer. Katie never put pressure on us for us to find a place and was very responsive when questions were asked. If we need real estate needs again we will turn to Katie again and again.

My husband and I sold our duplex and purchased our first family home, with the help of Randy Lenz as our realtor, twenty-three years ago! We were so impressed with his timeliness, knowledge and, his ability to guide us through the first-time home buyer maze, we hired him a second time to assist us when we purchased a rental property almost ten years ago. With his help for the third time, we recently sold that rental property! Within just days of putting it on the market, we received multiple offers above our asking price. Randy helped us navigate contracts and told us exactly what to do, without breaking the bank, to sell this property. For starters I don't right reviews but Katie really went above and beyond helping us. She really impressed us with her attention to details and having all the information on the Properties that we looked at. Also we never felt any pressure to put an offer in on any of the properties until we knew for sure that we had found what we wanted. Randy did a wonderful job for us. He listened to everything we wanted, was up front with us about what he thought we would and wouldn't like at various properties, but never pushed us to accept his opinion on anything. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and our 5 year old is still waiting for Realtor Summer Camp to open so he can become Randy's full time assistant.
I referred a long time friend and client to Randy who wanted to sell his rental home in Madison. From the moment I first spoke with Randy about the possible referral he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Madison, WI market. I ended up choosing Randy for the referral and he did not disappoint me or my client who was selling from out of state. The house had several issues some known and some that were surprises at the last minute and he handled it them all like a true pro. I have already recommended Randy Lenz. He did a great job for us. He was so much fun to work with and at the same time he was completely professional. He helped us sell our home and buy a new one. I can’t say enough about Katie! She was absolutely fantastic to work with. As a first home buyer, the entire process can be a bit scary and overwhelming.
