Michael Goulart, listen to my concerns in Sellings my 2 properties. He examined the properties and advised me it was better to sell them as is and sell it by land value only. He had multiple offers, and the properties was sold quickly. I had to sign multiple papers. He was recommended by a friend. I had dealt with a different years ago and the realtor was cold, and it was not very good, the house finally sold. It was not a good sale. Micheal was always there for questions, evaluations, he has many outlets to sale my properties. I was very happy that I didn't have to deal with multiple people who were interested, they wanted things taken off the properties. Michael was there to say no, the sale is written that I am not going to remove anything. This was such a relief. He knew that my daughter and I had to make this go well. We had lost my son husband last year. Micheal was like family, we needed to get away these properties. I would recommend him to any person I know. My daughter knew of 2 other people had dealt with Micheal and they were so happy, and they had purchased property which Micheal was selling from other peoples. Micheal is the kind of person you would invite him in for dinner and his family too.
