Words cannot express how much we appreciate, respect and trust Chris Amus. She never pushed or tried to sell us on a house that she herself wouldn't live in. Kris Riley immediately took action with the scheduling of termite and septic inspections. She went onsite to oversee the septic inspection and then again went onsite for septic repair. We appreciate her taking action on this extra step without ever being asked to do so. She is very professional, friendly and an asset to her company. We felt very comfortable with Kris Riley from the very first time she met with us for the market analysis to the settlement table.

Mike did an incredible job helping us sell our home, from start to finish. Within 30 minutes of submission for area realtors through the Ramsey network, we received a text and email response and had a personalized book (literally, a hardback book) with details about our home value and recent sales sitting on our doorstep the next morning. Our initial meeting was very thorough with a breakdown of value range, recommended updates/repairs, and the way forward for a successful sale. We were convinced that he was our agent within minutes of his arrival. As the sale approached, he provided regular guidance with various aspects of sale prep and personally helped with rebuilding a deck and fence. His recommendations for staging and updates greatly increased the value of our home and resulted in a sale on the first day of listing to the first buyers viewing the house, above asking price. We cannot recommend Mike as a selling agent enough and highly recommend any future sellers adhere to ALL his advice. You will not be disappointed!

Chris and Mike were the best realtors we have worked with, and my husband and I have purchased 10 homes. They were patient in showing us multiple houses, on multiple occasions, and made us feel like we were their only clients. We appreciated Mike’s attention to detail in pointing out things about the house that other realtors might not have spotted or just wouldn’t alert their clients to. We got the feeling that they were truly interested in helping us find the right house for us, versus encouraging us to buy another house just to make a quick sale.

As a former RE agent, I can tell you that Chris was energetic from day one to closing. She was in constant communication to make sure that all the t's were crossed and i's were dotted. When you meet him the first time, you will witness a professional presentation perhaps, the best you’ve ever seen. The photographer from his team took the best pictures I’ve seen on any of the sites where homes available are advertised and we received an offer on the first open house, and we sold above the asking price.
