Ola was everything we didn't know we needed as our realtor. She went above and beyond and really blew our minds with the level of care, support and knowledge with home buying. Ola did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: Ola presented the info and talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She treated me like family – I felt that she looked out for me and had my best interests in mind.

Ola Cherry is a great realtor who goes above & beyond for her clients. Ola made sure that we had everything that we needed during our PCS move across the country. Selling your home is not an easy process, but Ola made sure that we were taken care of… even while being in another state. There so many many things I can say about this AMAZING woman, but I’ll keep it brief. She was there EVERY step of the way!!!!! No matter what time it was she always answered. First time buying a home and she made it so easy. Between handling negotiations and making sure everything we asked and required from the builders were DONE!!! We wanted to give her a gift to show her our appreciation and she wouldn’t except anything but Hotdogs ?????? can you believe. She is truly AWESOME. Patricia is amazing I reached out to a family friend who is a realtor and she recommended Patricia to me. When I spoke to Patricia and told her I was relocating from Michigan to Austin and had no idea what I was doing she gave me many options. Advice and guidance.

Where do I start! I found Patricia on Facebook and from the moment I spoke with her I knew she’s was the right realtor for my husband and I. She was patient, kind and real. Patricia helped me tremendously in buying my first home. From the first time I called Patricia asking for her help purchasing a home, she provided very useful advice, such as how to propose an initial offer and considering various aspects of the home to include in negotiations. This easily saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, she recommended an inspector who walked me through the home pointing out concerns, which helped me gain a better understanding of home construction and repairs that may be needed. Throughout the process, Patricia was very responsive, usually responding within minutes of my texts, and being very flexible on call times. After the closing on the home, she also helped me save a lot of money on an ADT system via a referral benefit, in addition to providing recommendations for other home services I may need. I also liked that she took nice photos during the closing, which will be great to help me remember my first home purchase. I'd highly recommend Patricia, and will be recommending her to friends in Austin when they're looking to purchase a home.

If you're looking for somebody who goes above and beyond on everything you have come to the right place. Ken and his team visited houses and took videos for us. Brought us to houses and pointed out the good and the bad so that we knew what we were getting into. Went the extra mile when it came to helping us do all of the due diligence and set up all of the inspectors as well as follow up on the next steps to make sure that the open items were on their path to completion. We have worked with other Realtors in the past but this was a differentiated A+ experience that I think almost anybody would be very satisfied with. If you're thinking about purchasing a home and you want the honest answers about what you're getting into and you want this type of customized support I would choose Ken and his team.

Ken is absolutely, hands down the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. We feel so lucky to have found him! Ken was our agent when we were trying to buy in the East Bay. After taking us to almost 100 showings, at any date and time, and having lost multiple bids, Ken was able to help us secure the house of our dreams in this super tough market.
