I. Lucked. OUT. WITH. Holly Casey!! It was my first time ever even considering buying a home. I messaged Holly after seeing her as the agent on a Zillow listing and she said I could check out the house the very next day. Holly answered all my many questions about home buying before I even made an offer! I immediately felt like Holly had my best interest in mind - that this wasn't just a job, but someone who actually wanted to make sure both the seller and I got what we wanted and that we were happy. That both sides walked out of this excited!
I made an offer that same day of the showing and within a few minutes Holly got word from the seller with a counter, I gave my counter, and within the hour we already had a contract! It was late in the evening, but Holly got it all done and handled all the communication needed between the seller and I. And not like in a rushed way, but in a way of a power house realtor!!!
The very next day Holly started helping me with the loan process and proceeding through everything with the lender. She introduced me to the transaction coordinator and over the next few weeks continued to be there for guidance, advice, and support. I felt truly looked after and it was awesome how even with my questions often being asked multiple times (because I would immediately seem to forget something and have to ask again and again haha), she was extremely professional and kind!!
When it came to me looking for furniture and just talking about things I wanted (security, furnishings, painters), Holly had "a guy" for any and everything! She set me up with different professionals out in town to help me get everything squared away with what I wanted for my soon to be home.
Holly constantly kept me updated as things progressed with inspections, paperwork, the lender, I never felt like I was lost with Holly at the helm of it all! I wanted to see the house a few more times as the closing date got closer and closer, and Holly was so awesome with helping me check out the house every time (because it's like why do I need to keep checking the closets and patio- I've seen it multiple times haha), but I never felt pressured or like I was dumb for all of it because Holly genuinely cared about how excited I was for this home and facilitated all the paperwork and everything involved on securing me this home.
I know what I said all sounds redundant and I keep repeating myself, but I am just so thankful for Holly, her professionalism, knowledge, expertise, kindness, patience, and enthusiasm through everything!! If I am ever looking for another home, I know to come to Holly first. I will for sure recommend her to friends and family if they are looking to buy or sell! She is someone who truly makes you feel welcomed and cared for - whether you're the seller or the buyer, she is the PERFECT person to have helping you through it all!!!!
