Susan was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had to choose a house remotely from another state and we placed our trust in Susan to help us make a decision. She went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up with our dream home. She visited many houses for us, some multiple times, to find the right one. She is excellent at communicating and promptly arranged tours for the houses that we were interested in. When we decided to make an offer on a house she helped us to negotiate for a better price and seller's credits. When we finally arrived in Boone, Susan was there to welcome us and made us feel at home. We could not be more happy with our new house and our experience with Susan.

Allen and Judy Wagner were excellent real estate agents! They were always available to research multiple properties before we finally ended up settling on a house in Linville Land Harbor. They were very knowledgeable about all the necessary documents we were required to complete and gladly assisted us in the entire process of home purchasing. They also expeditiously provided us with contacts for property insurance, home improvements and local agencies we would need in our new location. They consistently made us feel like they were working on our behalf as the buyer’s agents and worked very diligently in assisting us getting the best possible deal on our new home. They also did a great job assisting us in the closing process which went quite smoothly because of their knowledge and contacts with a good law firm. They were truly the best realtors we have ever had and we will definitely use them in the future!!!

Alan and Judy were a blessing to my family when my elderly mother was at the point that she could not live alone any longer in Banner Elk, NC. They supported me both emotionally and professionally throughout the entire process. Judy had the home listed the day after moving all of her belongings to SC and had an offer within a week. The Wagners stayed in contact with me daily (sometimes multiple times) and handled everything so I could concentrate on my moms health and move to SC with me. You will not find more loving, caring people to help you through the process of buying or selling a home.

Judy and Allan are a great team. They helped us purchase a home in Boone. We were 3 families, all in different cities, looking for an investment property that we could rent and enjoy in the Boone area. It was not easy. We had a great experience with Allan and Judy Wagner on our recent purchase of some vacant land in the mountains of Boone, North Carolina. We have not met them in person yet, but they came highly reccomended by a couple of our most trusted friends that have a home in the same area. Allan and Judy immediately went out and started previewing properties for us, and when they found the perfect fit for us, they called me right away and told me this was a very special property, so we decided to purchase it just based on the pictures and their reccomendation.
