We coordinated everything from California, including getting the property ready for market, and Jose’s communication, work ethic, and follow-through made the process so much easier. We had a goal, stayed focused on it, and achieved a great result.
I also have to recognize Grace at Prism Title. She was amazing at the finish line — incredibly responsive, thorough, and instrumental in keeping everything moving and getting us successfully to closing. She was truly the icing on the cake.
