Terry Stone was an excellent realtor. We told him of our need for hopefully have a quick turn around as revenue was needed for the owner’s (Joanne) care center rent.
From day 1 we felt that Terry did everything in his power to move the home. It indeed sell incredibly fast and we were very pleased with the amount that was offered and accepted.
I would recommend Terry to a seller/ buyer as Terry works extrememly hard for his customer. Terrific experience!

Terry is very attentive! He's very quick to respond to messages, gave us unbiased opinions about what is important to think about in an old vs new home. He is knowledgeable about home inspectors and recommended someone who was very thorough. We are happy with our home and would recommend Terry as a realtor without hesitation!

Terry did a great job figuring out exactly what I was looking for in a home, the area I was looking for, and approximate price range. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about not just the real estate side of home buying but the mortgage side as well. Terry was on top of new listings and had no problem keeping in contact with me. I feel Terry went above what he needed to do to help me. As a first time home buyer, you couldn't ask for a better realtor. Will was fantastic to work with. He was extremely patient with my wife and I, as it took us 2 months to find our home. Will is very knowledgeable in the IC, Coralville, and North Liberty areas. It also helps he essentially has the ability to perform minor inspections while touring homes, as he is quite the handyman. He knows a good home when he sees one, which provides confidence when making a very large purchase. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results.
