Tiffany was fantastic! As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how patient and supportive she was throughout the entire process. I found Kris and Mel to be very cooperative and understanding. While I do not know what exactly each did related to my purchase, they seem to work well as a team. I worked primarily with Kris, who was always available for my questions. My purchase was especially challenging because I was living and working in Santa Fe, New Mexico while making this purchase so my availability was limited most of the time. I believe this team has a good understanding of the East Texas real estate market around Tyler, Texas and is willing to listen to the concerns of their client during the purchase process.
