Tiffany work hard narrowing down our homes to look at, In fact she was so good we only physically toured one house and signed an offer the next day. She was SUPER organized especially all of the title paper work required now due to recent changes in regulations. NEVER FAILED to repy to our numerous questions and info we needed from the seller's agent!!
We strongly recommend Tiffany especially as the buyers agent! Lot of discussion now days in the news about ability to negotiate the traditional 6% fees for property sale/purchase. In our purchase..she should have gotten the full 6%....EVEN MORE!

Working with Shari on the sell of our home, came with easy communications throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of East Texas market and all the real estate we were competing with was quite an advantage. We were clearly steered in the right direction to begin the selling journey in the most competitive way. From dealing with potential buyers to other realtors, Shari was always very prompt at keeping us informed with any feedback that was beneficial in completing a sale. Shari was always quick to offer her personal time to step up and offer her help to always make sure the house was ready to show. During our final sale, it was amazing how quickly Shari was able to communicate the offers and counter offers to help everything get to a final offer as quickly and smoothly as possible. We don't intend to sell again, but if needed, we would definitely be looking Shari up!

Mary is an amazing realtor. She was very kind and patient with us. We were moving out of state to Texas and she helped us with every step of the process and went above and beyond. Mary helped us acquire a beautiful house for very favorable terms. She made the out-of-state buying experience very smooth. Mary was always very pleasant, professional, charismatic, and flexible with our schedules. She was very patient and answered all our questions, personally resolved issues we encountered, and was able to direct the closing process masterfully. Mary also looked out for our best interest and even recommended backing out of a deal if we were not convinced we would be getting a house we really liked. Closing was very seamless as she set up a remote notary to help us close from Michigan. She's in a league of her own.

I met Tiffany at an Open House and it was a match made in heaven. She helped find a house that met all my needs. Then she helped find a buyer for my property within 3 weeks! She walked me through each step because I had never done this since my husband died. She really held my hand. Anytime I reached out to her she either answered immediately or returned my call within 15 minutes. I don’t plan on ever moving again but if I do there is no doubt I will use Tiffany! I cannot begin to tell you how great it was to work with Amy Egana and her team. From establishing an accurate sales price, to assessing any “make ready” improvements, all the way through scheduling the closing and funding! It was such a breeze. In fact, we had an executed contract and an executed back up contract in less than a week after listing! And closed within a month! She is the best!!!!
