We first contacted Wendy through a mutual friend who told us about “Lucy” , the free to use Next Home Next Stepp moving truck for Ashland County residents. We didn’t really need a large professional moving company to move our parent into assisted living, so finding this smaller, quicker to schedule option was great for us. It was such a great experience that when it came time to sell our parent’s condominium , we chose Wendy with confidence. Her local knowledge of the market, her timing and business networks were critical to the success of our sale. Wendy and her business networks freed us up to focus on moving our parent into assisted living. It was an emotional decision and Wendy was understanding and patient with our family. Wendy made the whole experience as seamless as possible , working with family located from three different states! The condo sold in record time at slightly above asking price. Barbie was wonderful! From our first meeting we had no doubt she was who we wanted to handle the sale of our home. She was very thorough with her market analysis and explained how she arrived at the price. She was quick to get our house on the market and signs up.
