The property was posted quickly. The use of the latest technology was used.
Drone shots and multiple online websites were used to create a fast sale at a price that was very received.
The prospective buyers were allowed to increase their offers at will and the final parties were satisfied with the cost and process.
The use of simple email forms and communications made the transaction almost completely remote. The final signing with the title company was the only in-person requirement.
The title company referred by Vicki was also flawless. The deed modifications and transfer was handled with ease.

Wendy was great to work with during a very stressful time. My parents had moved in with me so I could help care for my dad who was on hospice and confined to bed. We needed to sell their home and the task was daunting. Wendy was very accommodating and worked with us to make everything as easy and smooth as possible. She was informative and honest yet not pushy. We trusted her every step of the way and have no regrets. The marketing was phenomenal from the staging, online photos and video, facebook posts and even the description on the listing. This was my childhood home and my parents home of 35 years and she captured our love for the home in the listing details. We were very pleased. We were also very surprised as we were in contract within 24 hours! Sadly, my dad passed away before closing but Wendy compassionately helped us through the final hurdles and we got the house officially sold. We had an excellent experience with her and would definitely recommend her to others. She is kind and trustworthy and very good at what she does.
