I can’t say enough good things about NextHome Next Stepp and Wendy Anderson! My mom recently sold her home in Delaware and was looking for a fresh start near my sister in Ashland, Ohio.
After my Dad passed away, she had been living in a house filled with tough memories, and moving was an incredibly emotional journey for her.
Wendy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Buying a home from out of state isn’t easy, but Wendy went above and beyond to make it smooth and stress-free. She treated my mom with kindness, compassion, and professionalism that really stood out. Wendy didn’t just help find a house; she helped my mom start a new chapter.

What a great experience Wendy provided for me while purchasing a new home from a different state. She gave me the time to view houses from her phone on FaceTime then was available to walk through with my daughter as well. I made an offer on a house without physically seeing it from what my daughter and Wendy showed me from their phones. Then made time for me to actually see my new house for the first time.
I had numerous questions dealing with closing electronically and she walked me through the process patiently.
This is one real estate agent I would highly recommend!

Wendy was very helpful in the home buying process. She was available for showings and communicated well with both buyer and seller.

I don’t even know where to begin singing Wendy’s praises. When looking for a realtor, her name sort of fell into our lap. Since we live in another state, we had to trust that she would do us right. And right she did! She did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Because of a family tragedy, we were put in a very difficult position, but Wendy was there to help us through it all.
I’d never sold a house before, so I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. Wendy was very patient guiding me through every detail and answered all my questions, especially with signing all the forms. I was on a huge learning curve figuring all this out and she was a great help. She even listened as I spoke through my tears on the occasions I couldn’t hold them back. Her compassion and understanding made a world of difference.
The house sold very quickly and she handled all the details since we do live in another state, but she kept us updated every step of the way.
