We are in the process of moving from New Hampshire to Colorado. Our one requirement for location was to be approximately 1 hour from an airport. We explored a lot of areas in Colorado & ultimately decided Northern Colorado felt more like home to us.
We did a lot of the house searching from NH. Paul was so helpful because he researched all of the areas/neighborhoods for us. We were undecided between new build or existing house & Paul’s extensive knowledge about the building process/construction was invaluable. We ultimately decided on a new build. Paul has been instrumental in selling the Fort Collins area to us. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect home. He has extensive knowledge about the area, developments, construction, and iall of the fun activities around Northern Colorado. He helped us from the pre-look-stage through the closing and beyond.We have not quite moved in but we are very excited to get out to Colorado.

We really enjoyed working with Paul. We first worked with him while we were staying up in Ft. Collins with our family, and continued working with him while we were back in Florida. While in FC, he showed us various properties, and his unique perspective of that of not only a realtor, but someone with a background in building construction and property management, was invaluable. While we were in FL , he found a property, and was able to personally look it over; work closely with the seller’s agent, the title company , and the HOA; and also did the final walk through. We never felt out of the loop; he always had time to answer any question, any time we called.
We would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend him to our friends and family.
