I posted on a popular community FB page that I was seeking a realtor who knew the north shore of Boston well. Kim responded immediately, and boy, does she know the north shore! She grew up and still lives here, which enables her to match the beds/desires of buyers to sellers and sellers to buyers beautifully. She’s also well connected so if you need a lender, a contractor, or a lawyer, Kim knows many, and will introduce you to the one that’s right for you. Most importantly, Kim is honest, trustworthy, respectful, and keeps you on track and positive. She’s found 2 perfect houses for my family and sold one, and during both processes I had complete faith that all would work out for the best… and it did. I found my dream home AND found a great friend with Kim. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
