Rick has a wealth of information, and an expertise that made buying our first home easy and stress free. What we appreciated the most from our experience was that we knew what to expect during the process, and that we always had reminders of what to be looking out for in the coming weeks. Rick is a straight shooter, and there was never any issue with us bringing our baby, Rick would even offer to entertain of hold the baby if we needed him to while we were looking around or signing the paperwork. A family centered man is a trustworthy man, and we got no less from Rick.

If you need a realtor, you should hire Rick. He helped us with both the sale of our house and the purchase of another. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling. He was also relentless in the pursuit of another home for us. He never made us feel like we were asking too much of him (even though I'm sure we did). I thought the process was going to be very difficult, after living in the same home for 24 years, but Rick made it easier. Rick also assisted us in finding other professionals to help us with the other tasks associated with the purchase and sale of a house, including, mortgage brokers, home inspectors and others. His knowledge and guidance was unmatched. I would recommend that if you need help with the purchase or sale of your house you should consider Rick as the guy to go to!

He did a great job getting us a house that was near our son and his family, had a pool, enough land, and there was no worry that he would do so. He has always been fair, knew the market, did honest work for us finding a house we wanted.
