Joe was very professional and upfront with everything relating to my house sale. He made sure to let me know of everything that was going on even if it wasn’t in my favor. Once the house did sell, the whole process was incredibly quick and easy and couldn’t have gone any ny smoother. Donna is a phenomenal realtor and is beside a fantastic team. Her fresh perspective, which adds to her drive and determination, alongside the team’s professionalism will certainly lead anyone to their perfect place to call home.
Our situation was difficult, a lot of needs had to be met, and we were limited to 60 days. Donna was on the ball; not only did she meet our needs promptly, but offered us numerous accommodations and practical advice, driving towards success.
More broadly, the team that she is apart of is exceptional. They’re well versed, and have many cumulative years of experience under their belts. They answered every question promptly, honestly, and professionally. They never tried to swindle us into a sale, but, rather, gave us the facts to make a well informed decision (even if that meant they could lose out on a bigger sale). Because of the immense expertise and professionalism, we never had to worry if they were going to hold up their end of the bargain.
Overall, Donna (and the team more broadly) made a very stressful situation much less worrisome for us and always had our best interest at heart. If you choose Donna, you won’t be disappointed!

Tim did a great job when it came time to sell my parents' home. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in many areas. Tim has all the right skill, patience and experience a buyer or seller could want in an agent. My husband and I sought out Tim to sell a property many years ago that another agent had been unsuccessful in selling and he had the house sold quickly. We returned to Tim for another sale and subsequent purchase recently and learned as much this time around as we did last time. I'd highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a buyer agent or a sellers agent!

It was great working with Donna. She was recommended to us through realtor.com and it was a great match. Donna got us appointments to see any house that we wanted to look at within 24 hours of us letting her know about the house we wanted to see. Any time that I sent her a text, i would get a response back from her in 5 or 10 minutes, no matter what time day or night. She was always there with great advice whenever we're looking at the homes. And when we could not make up our minds on which house to go with, she was always there with pros and cons of the houses that we had looked at. Once we decided on the house she was able to get an offer in and at a response back from the owners within 24 hours of putting the offer in. And two and a half weeks later we had our new home and are in the process of moving in. I would recommend anyone to get in touch with Donna if they are looking for a home. She will get the job done for you.
