My brother died in Olympia, Washington on June 2, 2024 and his will named me as Executor of his estate. This was extremely difficult since I live in Alabama. My most challenging task was to sell his mobile home. My brother’s neighbors recommended Sandi Hofmann as a realtor active in the area. I called her and she made everything else easy. She worked hard to make his home presentable for sale.She cleaned, painted, made repairs, and removed everything that distracted from its presentation. She handled everything understanding I was out of state and unavailable. She did so much herself and when she needed an outside contractor she made all the arrangements and handled everything with the resulting cost being less than I could have negotiated if I had been local. Sandi knew my stress level and communicated with me daily to assure me that everything was moving ahead smoothly . I recommend Sandi to anyone. She is a caring person as well as a very competent realtor.

We first met Robin at an open house in October of 2023. She asked if she could show us some homes and we agreed. She took us to several homes but we did not find anything we liked. The housing market was very dismal. But…she perservered. Then in December of 2023 I broke my ankle and couldn’t put any weight on it. She remained patient. The house hunt went on hold. My husband asked me what I thought about moving into a senior apartment. I told him I was OK with it. We actually found an apartment and asked Robin to sell our home of 23 years. STILL…she is patient. What a godsend! Once we got moved our house went up for sale on a Saturday in July and it sold within three days and we got more than the asking price. Her and her husband Peter did some repairs and Robin staged it. She kept us informed every step of the way. We so appreciate Robin and would definitely use her again if we ever want to move. Where to start !? Cari went above and beyond to lend me her help and her time to find the right home for me. Sandi is absolutely amazing from the first time I talked to her, to writing the agreement & to the final closing, she was there every step of the way. She is a very caring and sincere person who knows her business. She even worked with me to get my place ready by helping to pack pictures, do touch up painting, and working hard to help make my place beautiful. Then she staged my place and had amazing photos posted when it went on the market. She kept me informed all along the way from a few offers that failed due to funding issues, and through the last offer that represented the new owner. She sat with me while I signed closing papers. During all of this, we became good friends. I truly appreciate her perseverance she demonstrated with great grace. You will never go wrong with the most amazing agent who is dedicated, fun and caring!
